The game lists 7 strategic/special resources but only 6 of those are needed. Subscribe for more videos : me: Ukraine: such, Zro is literally 100% useless (except to sell/trade) if you haven't gone psionic ascension, and even if you have, a deposit of 1/month for a few years will be enough to outfit an entire fleet with psi shields (which cost 1/3 of a Zro per large shield module) or whatever, pretty much instantly once you roll the relevant shroud event. Psychic scientists have a high chance of drawing Psionic theory.
